Prepared for the Peak™ Newsletter
New Newsletter launch!

What's In This Issue

Today I'm happy to announce a new format for the newsletter. We're going to send it out three times a week and it will be packed with the most relevant news and articles at that time. We'll also throw in some key articles no matter when they are written.

A subset of the articles will also appear in the Post Peak Living Twitter feed, so, if you want to get in on the conversation, be sure to follow us.

Each section is self-explanatory with the exception of the area on Health. You'll notice a focus on articles that deal with Paleolithic Nutrition, "paleo" for short. After extensive research (as always), I've concluded that this is the diet that is best suited to keep the doctors away. I'll write a series of blog posts about it over time. In the meantime, I believe it's not overreaching to say that the lipid hypothesis (that eating fat leads to heart disease) is — finally — being proven to be incorrect. The cholesterol hypothesis is also breaking down. For a quick peek into why, see Dr. Malcolm Kendrick's short (1min 18s) video discussing the results of the UN World Health Organization's MONI-CA study.

This new format may not work for you so feel free to click unsubscribe at the bottom of this email.

Send back any comments or questions to I'd love to hear what you think of the new format!

I hope you get value out of the newsletter!

— André
